Job Description – Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)
Location: Etobicoke ONTARIO
Positions Available: 1
Rate of Pay: $22 per hour plus benefits.
Hours: This is a full-time, permanent role.
Summary of Position:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of a dine-in pizza restaurant and bar.
Several years of experience in the food service sector, including restaurant management
experience.
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service
management
Experience working in a dine-in restaurant.
Able to communicate effectively and clearly with staff and kitchen personnel
Beverage Certification and Food Safe certification or equivalent food safety training is an asset.
Job Duties and responsibilities:
Plan organize direct control and evaluate daily operations
Balance cash and complete balance sheets cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Address customers complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Recruit train and supervise staff
Leading/instructing individuals
